Heelands Meeting Place offers a light and warm meeting space. It is managed by Bradwell Parish Council.

The hall can be hired for a range of events, for example parties, meetings, social gatherings etc.

Cost of Hire

One-off Events: £20 per hour with a £50 deposit (refunded around the 20th of each month) 

Regular Groups: £13 per hour, no deposit 

Capacity for 50 people seated, 80 standing

Furniture includes 50 adult chairs, 10 tables (183cm x 69cm)

Attractive outside area extremely useful for children's activities or just for taking a breath of fresh air

Available for hire from 8am to 10pm, during school holidays

Tariff and Conditions of Hire

The Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol by Bradwell Parish Council or any user of the Hall, but alcohol may be consumed on the premises.

All people booking Heelands Meeting Place must pay a returnable deposit (see the link to tariffs below). The deposit will be returned after the event provided there is no loss or damage and the Hall is vacated promptly and left in the same condition as it was on arrival.

The time booked must include setting up before and clearing away after the event.
